* AUROBINDO PHARMA: Is in talks to buy the Russia business of Mumbai-based Shreya Life Sciences in a deal potentially valued between $80 mln and $100 mln.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Vodafone India, IDEA CELLULAR and Reliance Jio Infocomm may skip bidding for 700 MHz band, which is ideal for fourth-generation services, and give 5G spectrum a miss if airwaves are auctioned this financial year.

* BHUSHAN STEEL: STATE BANK OF INDIA has filed claims worth 128.77 bln rupees in the insolvency proceedings against the company, media report said, based on a report submitted to the National Company Law Tribunal on Monday.
