* BANK OF BARODA: Will cut its Base Rate by 35 basis points to 9.15%, effective Sunday.

* BEML: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi
requesting the government to "review" its decision to divest stake in the company.

* DALMIA BHARAT: Received shareholders' approval to raise up to 40 bln rupees through various
securities and non-convertible debentures.

* DENA BANK: Said one of its four chartered accountants, Jain & Jain, would not be involved in
reviewing its accounts for Apr-Sep as it didn't qualify for appointment as a statutory central auditor for a bank.

* EPC INDUSTRIE: The sales volume of the micro irrigation products of the company has declined post July.

* EQUITAS HOLDINGS: BNP Paribas Arbitrage sold 3.2 mln shares of the company at 151.92 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

 * IDEA CELLULAR: Wants the telecom regulator to have a re-look at the concept of floor pricing for voice and data tariffs to help the ailing industry.

* INFOSYS: The company said Maltese lender Mediterranean Bank has gone live on lending module of its banking software Finacle. Has filed a police complaint against a person for allegedly defaming the company and sending vulgar emails to its senior personnel.

* KDDL: Arm Ethos has raised funds through preferential allotment of 496,453 shares of 10 rupees each to the company at a premium of 131 rupees a share, aggregating 69.9 mln rupees.
