* ATLANTA: The company said National Highways Authority of India has wrongly terminated the
concession agreement for a six-laning road project in Gujarat.

* BHUSHAN STEEL: ArcelorMittal and TATA STEEL have intensified efforts to place takeover bids for Essar Steel and the company, pitching them against the promoters who would make offers to re-acquire the debt-laden companies under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code proceedings.

* BSE: Arm Marketplace Tech Infra Services has launched BEST, a state-of-the-art hosted trading solution, built on Thomson Reuters' Omnesys NEST platform.

* INTERGLOBE AVIATION: The Delhi High Court asked Delhi International Airport to state the basis of its decision to bifurcate operations of the company, SPICEJET and GoAir between Terminal-1 and Terminal-2 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport.

* KHAITAN ELECTRICALS: Has refuted news reports that ALLAHABAD BANK had decided to sell the company's loans that have turned into non-performing assets.

* OIL & NATURAL GAS CORP: Its overseas investment subsidiary ONGC Videsh has been assured of dividend payment by its Venezuelan partner and the government. The company and VEDANTA have emerged as the biggest bidders for oil and gas blocks, putting in 41 out of 56 bids received in India's maiden auction under open acreage licensing regime.

* RBL BANK: The bank has acquired 2.08% additional stake in subsidiary Swadhaar Finserve, increasing its stake in Swadhaar to 60.48%.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: Reiterated that it is under a standstill and would not make payment of interest or principal to "any" lender or bondholder till December 2018, given its ongoing debt restructuring plan. The National Company Law Tribunal had dismissed an insolvency plea filed by Manipal Technologies, seeking recovery of 27.4 mln rupees in dues.

* STERLING BIOTECH: A consortium of lenders led by ANDHRA BANK has invited bids from strategic investors to replace the operator at Sterling Port's Dahej port. The project is promoted by the company.

* SUZLON ENERGY: Has declared a lockout at the Padubhidri blade manufacturing unit from Nov 29 due to operational disturbances resulting from unruly behaviour by a section of workers. Arm Suzlon Global Services is looking to raise up to $250 mln by divesting a large minority stake, sources said.

* SYNDICATE BANK: Has started discussions with potential institutional investors, including state-owned insurance companies, to raise up to 10 bln rupees through preferential allotment of shares.

* THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO: The board has decided to pay interim dividend of 3.75 rupees per share.

* UNITED BANK OF INDIA: The board of the bank will, on Monday, consider raising up to 5 bln rupees through the issuance of Basel-III compliant, tier-I bonds.

* UNITED BREWERIES (HOLDINGS): SEBI has attached all bank accounts, securities and mutual fund units held by the company.
