* AMTEK AUTO: AION and SSG Capital, UK-based Liberty House, and Deccan Value Investors, a USbased hedge fund, are learnt to have submitted bids to acquire the company.

* AMULYA LEASING & FINANCE: Sameer Gupta, the promoter of the company, sold 1.76 mln shares or 35.25% stake in the company in a bulk deal on BSE.

* AXIS BANK: Will work with SEBI and the best experts in the field to investigate leakage of its Apr-Jun earnings on messaging platform Whatsapp and take appropriate action.

* BAJAJ HINDUSTHAN SUGAR: Board approved converting a loan of 1.38 bln rupees, due to
CORPORATION BANK, into 13.89 mln optionally convertible debentures with face value of 100 rupees each.

* BANK OF BARODA: Has signed an agreement to buy the remaining 51% stake in its joint venture
Baroda Pioneer Asset Management Co, making it wholly-owned by the bank.

* DILIP BUILDCON: Raised 6 bln rupees through the issue of non-convertible debentures in 13 series with tenures ranging from two to five years.

 * ELECTROSTEEL STEELS: Bhushan Power and Steel and the company have got 90-day extension by the National Company Law Tribunal for resolution under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

* FORTUNE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDIA: Board will meet on Monday to consider and approve the scheme of amalgamation of The Investment Trust of India with the company.

* GTPL HATHWAY: Acquired remaining 49% stake in GTPL Surat Telelink, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary and also acquired further 23.50% stake in subsidiary GTPL Ahmedabad Cable Network in which it holds 51% stake.

 * INDIAN OIL CORP: Will initiate production of second generation ethanol by utilising crop residues and other biomass as feedstock at village Baoli in Panipat district of Haryana.

* JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES: Canadian asset manager Brookfield and the Kotak Mahindra group have jointly bid for 2,200 MW of power assets belonging to Jaypee Power Ventures, a unit of the company.

* JINDAL SAW: Reliance Capital Trustee Co sold 845,453 shares, or 0.26% stake in the company, held through various schemes of Reliance Mutual Fund, through open market on Tuesday.

* JINDAL WORLDWIDE: Sold its entire 512,500 shares in Jindal Synthetics at 32 rupees apiece to Yash Agrawal, the associate company's director and shareholder.

* JSW STEEL: Termed reports that it had filed a 35-bln-rupee resolution plan for MONNET ISPAT & ENERGY as rumours and market speculation.

* JUBILANT LIFE SCIENCES: Wholly-owned subsidiary Jubilant Pharma has received a supplemental new drug application approval from US Food and Drug Administration for Draximage
Diethylenetriamine Pentaacetic Acid powder for Technetium Tc99m pentetate injection solution.

* LARSEN & TOUBRO: Has won a 10 bln rupees contract to maintain 5 mln smart meters in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar over the next eight years.

 * LUPIN: Received the US Food and Drug Administration's final approval for calcipotriene topical
solution, 0.005% (scalp solution).

* MONNET ISPAT AND ENERGY: Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Co has joined the race to buy the company's assets after JSW STEEL presented a resolution plan asking lenders to take a 72% haircut on the company's 89 bln rupees debt.

* OIL INDIA: Has made two hydrocarbon discoveries in the Dumduma petroleum mining lease in the upper Assam basin during the second and third quarter of 2017-18 (Apr-Mar).

* OIL & NATURAL GAS CORP: Israel will award an exploration licence to a consortium of Indian state firms led by subsidiary ONGC Videsh in an auction of its offshore gas fields that saw tepid response
from global companies.

* RELIANCE HOME FINANCE: Has raised 250 mln rupees through 1,195-day non-convertible
debentures, which carry zero coupon.

* SRIKALAHASTHI PIPES: Board has approved the issuance of 6.93 mln shares to qualified  institutionalbuyers at an issue price of 360.50 rupees a share.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA: Has introduced a special leave for employees who have suffered bereavement in the family and this will be a one-week paid leave on the loss of a family member.

* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: Will defend its position and expects a positive outcome in a lawsuit it is facing in a district court in the US.

* TATA GLOBAL BEVERAGES: Has sold 31.85% stake, or 12.08 mln shares in its joint venture Estate Management Services, for 1.2 bln rupees.

* UNITED BANK OF INDIA: The government is likely to immediately infuse about 100 bln rupees in six state-run lenders, including the bank, DENA BANK and BANK OF MAHARASHTRA, over the next few weeks, a finance ministry official said.

* UTTAM GALVA STEEL: Eriska Investment Fund sold 3.26 mln shares or 2.29% stake in the company through the open market on Tuesday.
